Would a conscious leader use should, ought or must?

How many times today have you used the words ‘should’, ‘ought’ or ‘must’? Who made these rules? What would happen if you broke them?

Does a conscious leader require to use these words, or if we are using them, does that imply that we are just following accepted ways of being or doing? Thus not consciously choosing for ourselves?
