I see my life as a creative endeavour since I have the daily pleasure of joining with others who truly want to make a difference to their lives and the lives of others.

I am currently fine-tuning my PathofConsciousLeadership member site - it will be launched in January 2009. At present 8 of us from four different countries are collaborately to create an e - book on Conscious Leadership of one’s own life i.e. becoming an author of your own life. This is a truly creative process - the result will be:

1) an e book to assist others in creating their lives and

2) mirror to others the reality that collaboration to create something amazing is possible - even when people haven’t met face to face and live in different countries.

If this is possible, what else is possible as this site connects people from all over the world who can collaborate and create more?

- I have come to know the handmade straw and adobe dwellings on our land as … leaders? personalities? - both in the sense of leading the way towards sustainability (dreadful word!) - and as, yes, personalities in their own right. Not build by formula, having few straight edges, the demands they made in constructing them produced the kind of relationship one might expect to have with the sort of human being who has a very clear sense of their own core identity. Is that an aspect of leadership perhaps?
